Perhaps even the Emperor's envoys enjoyed the delightful taste of this harmonic green tea. Green Sencha-tea from China flavoured with fresh bergamot. Enhanced with dried pineapple.

The bergamot is beautifully balanced here—floral and citrusy without overpowering the smooth Sencha base. I’ve been brewing it slightly cooler than boiling and the flavor stays clean and refreshing right to the last sip.
Brewed a cup this morning and the bergamot is perfectly balanced—not too perfumey, just a bright citrus lift over the smooth sencha. The loose leaves steep up clean without any bitterness, even when I got distracted and left it a minute too long.
The dry leaves smell wonderfully bright and citrusy, and once steeped, the green sencha base stays smooth without any of that grassy bite I usually get from Chinese greens. The bergamot is present but not overpowering, making this a great afternoon cup when I want something lighter than black Earl G
