The vanilla and cinnamon come through just right after the chamomile softens the rooibos, and one cup before bed has me drifting off faster than I expected. I've already reordered twice because the blend is so calming without being overly sweet.

The rooibos base is smooth and earthy, and the chamomile really comes through without being too floral. I steeped a mug about 20 minutes before bed and slept through the night without waking up once.
