CHINA PAI MU TAN

Pai Mu Tan je jedním z čínských bílých čajů, který se podle tradičních postupů vyrábí v provincii Fujian. Kromě zahřívání a válcování zahrnuje výrobní proces také louhování a sušení.

Sklízejí se pouze ty části čajovníku, které mají velké bílé listy a „stříbrná“ poupata. Čaj má příjemnou, jemnou chuť a osvěžující aroma. Barva je světlá a jasná.
