CHINA PAI MU TAN

Pai Mu Tan er en af de kinesiske hvide teer, som produceres i Fujian-provinsen efter traditionel praksis. Ud over opvarmning og rulning indebærer produktionsprocessen afskalning og tørring.

Kun de dele af tebusken med store hvide blade og 'sølv'-knopper plukkes. Teen har en behagelig, mild smag og en forfriskende aroma. Farven er lys og klar.
