CHINA PAI MU TAN

Pai Mu Tan ist einer der chinesischen Weißtees, der nach traditionellem Verfahren in der Provinz Fujian hergestellt wird. Neben dem Erhitzen und Rollen umfasst der Herstellungsprozess das Häuten und Trocknen.

Es werden nur die Teile des Teestrauchs mit großen weißen Blättern und 'silbernen' Knospen geerntet. Der Tee hat einen angenehmen, milden Geschmack und ein erfrischendes Aroma. Die Farbe ist hell und klar.
