CHINA PU ERH

China Pu Erh Tee stammt aus der Provinz Yunnan in China. Aufgrund der Farbe seines Aufgusses wird er auch als „roter“ Tee bezeichnet. Dieser fermentierte Tee zeichnet sich durch seinen erdigen, leicht süßlichen Geschmack und ein stärkeres Aroma als üblich aus. Wie grüner Tee wird Pu Erh Tee bei etwa 80°C aufgebrüht, und die Blätter können mehrfach aufgegossen werden.

Zutaten: Pu Erh Tee.

Zubereitung: 80°C, 1–2 Minuten.
