CHINA PAI MU TAN

Pai Mu Tan on yksi kiinalaisista valkoisista teelaaduista, jota tuotetaan Fujianin maakunnassa perinteisin menetelmin. Lämmityksen ja rullauksen lisäksi tuotantoprosessiin kuuluu kuorinta ja kuivaus.

Vain ne teepensaan osat, joissa on suuret valkoiset lehdet ja 'hopeiset' silmut, poimitaan. Teellä on miellyttävä, mieto maku ja virkistävä aromi. Väri on vaalea ja kirkas.
