CHINA PU ERH

Le thé Pu Erh de Chine provient de la province du Yunnan, en Chine. En raison de la couleur de sa liqueur, il est également connu sous le nom de thé « rouge ». Ce thé fermenté se caractérise par sa saveur terreuse et légèrement sucrée, ainsi que par un arôme plus prononcé que d'habitude. Comme le thé vert, le thé Pu Erh se infuse à environ 80°C, et les feuilles peuvent être infusées plusieurs fois.
