CHINA PU ERH

Il tè Pu Erh cinese proviene dalla provincia dello Yunnan, in Cina. Per il colore della sua infusione, è anche conosciuto come tè “rosso”. Questo tè fermentato è caratterizzato da un sapore terroso, leggermente dolce e da un aroma più intenso del solito. Come il tè verde, il tè Pu Erh si prepara a circa 80°C e le foglie possono essere infuse più volte.
