中国プーアル茶
中国プーアル茶は、中国雲南省産です。その水色から「紅茶」とも呼ばれます。この発酵茶は、土のような、ほんのり甘い風味と、通常よりも強い香りが特徴です。緑茶と同様に、プーアル茶は約80°Cで淹れ、茶葉は何度も抽出できます。
