중국 푸얼 차는 중국 윈난성에서 생산됩니다. 차액의 색 때문에 '홍차'라고도 불립니다. 이 발효 차는 흙 향이 나고 약간 달콤한 맛과 평소보다 강한 향이 특징입니다. 녹차와 마찬가지로 푸얼 차는 약 80°C에서 우려내며, 잎은 여러 번 우려낼 수 있습니다.
