CHINA PU ERH

China Pu Erh-thee komt uit de provincie Yunnan in China. Vanwege de kleur van het aftreksel staat het ook bekend als 'rode' thee. Deze gefermenteerde thee kenmerkt zich door een aardse, lichtzoete smaak en een sterker aroma dan gebruikelijk. Net als groene thee wordt Pu Erh-thee gezet op ongeveer 80°C en kunnen de bladeren meerdere keren worden getrokken.
