CHINA PAI MU TAN

Pai Mu Tan er en av de kinesiske hvite teene, som produseres i Fujian-provinsen etter tradisjonell praksis. I tillegg til oppvarming og valsing, innebærer produksjonsprosessen avskalling og tørking.

Bare de delene av tebusken med store hvite blader og 'sølv'-knopper plukkes. Teen har en behagelig, mild smak og en forfriskende aroma. Fargen er lys og klar.
