The blend of Assam, Ceylon, and Kenya gives it a proper malty kick that stands up to milk without turning bitter. I've been brewing it in the morning and afternoon and honestly, it's become my default cup.
The 800g bag is a proper workhorse for daily drinking—I've been brewing it strong with a splash of milk every morning and it holds up beautifully even after three steepings. The Assam kick comes through nicely without the Kenyan leaves making it too sharp.
