CHINA PU ERH

O chá Pu Erh da China provém da província de Yunnan, na China. Devido à cor da sua infusão, também é conhecido como chá “vermelho”. Este chá fermentado caracteriza-se pelo seu sabor terroso, ligeiramente adocicado, e por um aroma mais forte do que o habitual. Tal como o chá verde, o chá Pu Erh é preparado a cerca de 80°C, e as folhas podem ser infundidas várias vezes.
