CHINA WHITE MONKEY PEKOE

Originalmente cultivado apenas em altitudes elevadas em Fujian, este chá deve o seu nome ao facto de ser colhido por macacos especialmente treinados para esse fim. Hoje em dia, é colhido por mãos humanas num período de apenas alguns dias por ano. A folha ligeiramente áspera e com um leve toque de penugem produz uma chávena de cor verde-clara e suave, com um ligeiro toque de mel.
