CHINA PU ERH

Kina Pu Erh-te kommer från Yunnan-provinsen i Kina. På grund av färgen på dess dryck kallas den även för "rött" te. Detta fermenterade te kännetecknas av sin jordiga, lätt söta smak och en starkare arom än vanligt. Precis som grönt te bryggs Pu Erh-te vid cirka 80°C, och bladen kan dra flera gånger.

Ingredienser: Pu Erh-te.

Bryggning: 80°C, 1–2 minuter.
