The cinnamon and cardamom are nicely balanced, not overpowering like some holiday blends I've tried. I've been brewing it every evening with a bit of honey and it warms me right up. The ginger gives just enough kick to make it feel festive.
That orange peel note really gives it a proper festive feel, and the ginger warms you up without being too spicy. I’ve been brewing it every evening since it arrived and the cinnamon smell fills the whole kitchen.
Brewed a pot this afternoon and the orange peel really lifts the spice mix—my whole kitchen smells like the holidays. The ginger gives it a nice warmth that lingers without being too sharp. Already looking forward to another cup with a slice of cake.
