That low caffeine content is exactly why I bought this, and it delivers—I can sip it after dinner without lying awake. The toasty rice flavor really comes through in each cup, and the light yellow liquor is surprisingly refreshing.
Opened the pouch and the toasty aroma came right out, very comforting on a cold afternoon. The light yellow liquor tastes gentle and slightly tangy, and I love that it’s naturally low in caffeine so I can sip it later in the day without jitters. One 80g bag lasts me a while, too.
The roasted rice hits that perfect spot between savory and sweet, and the light yellow brew is soothing even before you sip it. Low caffeine means I can have a cup after dinner without lying awake, which is a huge win for me. This is my new evening ritual.
