CHINA PAI MU TAN

Le Pai Mu Tan est l'un des thés blancs chinois, produit dans la province du Fujian selon la méthode traditionnelle. Outre le chauffage et le roulage, le processus de fabrication comprend l'effeuillage et le séchage.

Seules les parties du théier présentant de grandes feuilles blanches et des bourgeons « argentés » sont cueillies. Le thé a une saveur agréable et douce ainsi qu'un arôme rafraîchissant. Sa couleur est claire et lumineuse.
