SINGE BLANC CHINOIS PEKOE

À l'origine, cultivé uniquement en haute altitude dans le Fujian, ce thé doit son nom au fait qu'il était cueilli par des singes spécialement dressés à cet effet. De nos jours, il est cueilli à la main sur une période de seulement quelques jours par an. La feuille rugueuse et légèrement duveteuse produit une tasse vert clair et douce avec une légère note de miel.
