CHINA PAI MU TAN

Il Pai Mu Tan è uno dei tè bianchi cinesi, prodotto nella provincia del Fujian secondo la tradizione. Oltre al riscaldamento e alla lavorazione, il processo di produzione prevede la spellatura e l'essiccazione.

Vengono raccolte solo le parti del cespuglio di tè con grandi foglie bianche e gemme 'argentate'. Il tè ha un sapore gradevole e delicato e un aroma rinfrescante. Il colore è chiaro e brillante.
