CHINA WHITE MONKEY PEKOE

Originariamente coltivato solo ad alta quota nel Fujian, questo tè deve il suo nome al fatto che veniva raccolto da scimmie appositamente addestrate per questo scopo. Oggi viene raccolto a mano, in un periodo di soli pochi giorni all'anno. La foglia ruvida e leggermente lanuginosa produce una tazza verde chiaro e vellutata, con una leggera nota di miele.
