チャイナ パイムータン
パイムータンは中国の白茶の一つで、福建省で伝統的な方法で生産されています。加熱や揉みの工程に加えて、皮むきと乾燥の工程が含まれます。
茶の木の中で、大きな白い葉と「銀」の芽を持つ部分だけが摘み取られます。この茶は、心地よいマイルドな風味と爽やかな香りが特徴です。色は淡く明るいです。

This is my third order of this tea and the buds are consistently plump, with that classic soft, hay-like sweetness. The leaves hold up well for two infusions, which makes the 40g bag last longer than I expected.
I brewed this Pai Mu Tan for the first time last night and the liquor turned such a soft, pale gold that I kept staring at it before sipping. The fact that it skips heating and rolling really comes through — it tastes delicate and clean, not at all bitter even when I left the leaves in a bit too lon
The dry leaves smell sweet and grassy, and after steeping they open up to a soft, honeyed cup that keeps its character for three rounds. Traditional Fujian processing really does make a difference here. This is my go-to white tea for slow afternoons.
