中国福建省産のこの特別な茶葉は、開花前の芽だけを摘み取り加工しています。可能であれば、このお茶はガラス製のポットで淹れるのがおすすめです。しばらくすると、驚くべきことが起こり始めます。銀色の葉が底に沈み、やがてまっすぐに立ち上がり、垂直に回転します。ワクワクするような、ビロードのように滑らかで繊細な味わいと、アイボリー色で香り高い抽出液が楽しめます。魅惑的な体験です。

The buds are so fine and silvery, you can see why they hand-pick only unopened ones. Letting it steep in a glass pot made the liquor crystal clear, and the taste is delicate but lingers nicely.
Brewed it in a glass pot like the description says and the buds unfurl beautifully, the liquor staying pale and delicate. It's my first silver needle and the soft, almost creamy texture surprised me — I've already ordered another tin for next week.
