CHINA PAI MU TAN

Pai Mu Tan is een van de Chinese witte theeën, die volgens traditionele methode in de provincie Fujian wordt geproduceerd. Naast verhitting en rollen omvat het productieproces het villen en drogen.

Alleen die delen van de theeplant met grote witte bladeren en 'zilveren' knoppen worden geplukt. De thee heeft een aangename, milde smaak en een verfrissend aroma. De kleur is licht en helder.
