CHINA SILVER NEEDLE

Voor deze bijzondere specialiteit uit de Chinese provincie Fujian worden alleen ongeopende knoppen geplukt en verwerkt. Indien mogelijk moet deze thee worden getrokken in een glazen pot. Na korte tijd begint er iets opwindends te gebeuren: de zilverachtige bladeren zinken naar de bodem en komen kort daarna overeind en draaien verticaal. Een opwindende, fluweelzachte en delicate smaak, gecombineerd met een ivoorachtige, geurige infusie. Een betoverende ervaring.
