CHINA WHITE MONKEY PEKOE

Oorspronkelijk werd deze thee alleen verbouwd op grote hoogte in Fujian. De naam dankt de thee aan het feit dat de bladeren werden geplukt door speciaal getrainde apen. Tegenwoordig wordt de thee met de hand geplukt, slechts enkele dagen per jaar. Het ruwe, licht donsachtige blad geeft een lichtgroene, zachte kop thee met een vleugje honing.
